For a MOT to take place the vechile has to be 3 years old, this takes place every year and this is standard procedure to ensure the vehicle is safe to drive, the governing body is VOSA.
All vehicles over three years old have to have an MOT test annually – it makes sure your car, van or bike is in a safe condition. While no-one looks forward to MOT time, we’ll do everything we can to make the test as painless as possible.
For instance, we can pick up your car if it’s within 10 miles of our workshop and drop it back to you, leaving you free to work or play. Or if you’d rather bring your vehicle in yourself, we can usually carry out the M.O.T. test while you wait in our warm, comfortable reception area. We’ll even make you a cappuccino while you wait!
